While they are the hardest gemstone, they can crack if subjected to severe impact, so caution is advised. If brilliance diminishes, soak in lukewarm water with mild detergent, gently clean with a soft brush, and dry with a cloth. Check the setting every 6 months for a safer wearing experience.
